Drawing on thirty years experience focused on the varied and complex dimensions of food and livelihood security, monitoring, evaluation, development policy and aid effectiveness, working with community-based and non-government organisations, research, academic, national and international humanitarian and development institutions, Helen has been a member of UNEG and Director of the Office of Evaluation of the UN World Food Programme since early 2012.
