Overview
On November 8, 2013 the UNEG Knowledge Management Working Group held a webinar agency-wide evaluations.
John Markie, former the Director of Evaluation of FAO, and Bert Keuppens, Director of the Internal Oversight Service of UNESCO, discussed the Independent External Evaluations (IEEs) of their respective institutions.
Both evaluations sought to bring about institutional change and to reform the governance system and mandate of each organization, so as to make them fit for the twenty-first century and the challenges ahead.
