The Inspection and Evaluation Division (IED) of the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) is seeking an evaluation consultant to conduct a local population survey with regards to OIOS/IED's Programme evaluation of the performance and achievement of results of the United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS).
