The Evaluation Office of the Multilateral Fund is looking for a consultant to prepare a desk-study evaluation of enabling activities for the phase-down of HFCs (as per TORs in UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/8/Rev.1 ). This call will also serve to build a roster for future Evaluation consultancies of Multilateral Fund related projects and activities.
