The IEO would like to recruit an Evaluation Officer who will contribute to the IEO’s work program by participating in, and/or leading evaluations that are impartial, independent, credible and meet professional standards to ensure that the evaluations are useful and that evaluation findings and recommendations are endorsed and implemented. The Evaluation Officer will participate in all aspects of the evaluation process: research, review of program and project documents, application of quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesis of findings, preparation of report and data for internal and external dissemination and follow up to implementation of recommendations.
