ILO Policy Guidelines for Results-Based Evaluation

Overview

These ILO evaluation guidelines are written for any ILO staff tasked to plan, manage, oversee and/or follow up on an evaluation. They are based on the ILO evaluation policy (ILO 2005) and the ILO results-based evaluation strategy for 2011-15 (ILO 2011e), which are the two key governance level documents defining the ILO's organizational approach and resultsbased framework for evaluation.
