Overview
The evaluation handbook is the UNFPA IEO’s flagship resource to strengthen evaluation capacities at decentralized levels. It guides evaluation managers and evaluators through each phase of an evaluation process, from preparation and design to fieldwork, reporting, and the effective communication and utilization of evaluation results.
Taking its user through an evaluation roadmap, the Handbook provides practical guidelines, customizable templates, handy checklists, and other tools to support the conduct and delivery of a robust, participatory, credible, timely and utilization-focused evaluation.
