Cuba CP 200703 (2015-2018): An Operation Evaluation
Overview
The mid-term evaluation covers the Cuba County Programme 200703. It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results.
The evaluation covered the three components of the Country Programme:
Support Food Security and Nutrition-Related Social Protection Programmes;
Strengthen Links between Social Protection Systems and Agricultural Value Chains, and
Strengthen Community Resilience and Disaster Risk Management Capacities at the Local Level.
The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in February-March 2017.
