Evaluation of Single parent and foster care schemes of the Social Protection Programme of Maldives
Overview
Overall, the evaluation will examine the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of two shcemes under the National Social Protection Agency, names: the Single Parent and Foster Care Allowance Scheme.The evaluation will use mixed methods and seek to obtain data from a range of sources. Data sources and collection will comprise the following: literature review, focus group discussion, key informant interviews, stakeholder analysis, documents review, consultations and interviews.
