The Office of Internal Oversight of ICAO is looking for a consultant to conduct Regional Portfolio evaluation of the Middle East Region of ICAO. The evaluation will be conducted remotely with two weeks field visit to selected countries in the region. 

Language requirement:: English and Arabic.
