The UNICEF and WFP Global Impact Evaluation Forum 2024 at the United Nations takes place from 2-5 December at the UN headquarters in New York.
With the theme Experimenting, learning and scaling up what works in a fragile world, it builds on the momentum of the inaugural WFP Impact Evaluation Forum held in Rome in 2023, continuing the conversation with a deeper focus on child and gender outcomes in fragile settings, and increased global vulnerabilities associated with climate fragility.
Co-hosted by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), the 2024 Forum tackles questions such as “How can impact evaluation help demonstrate the difference we are making in people’s lives in fragile contexts?” and “What current interventions and potential solutions in those contexts warrant rigorous assessment through impact evaluation?”
Online audiences will be able to tune in for plenary sessions. In-person participation is by invitation only.
