Overview

This is an independent evaluation of the OHCHR Country Programme for Cambodia in the period 2018-2021. As OHCHR’s oldest field presence, the Office in Cambodia has been operating since October 1993. The ongoing presence and mandate of the Office is guided by successive United Nations resolutions, particularly A/RES/48/141, and is underpinned by biennial Memorandums of Understanding with the Royal Government of Cambodia.
