Overview
OHCHR has been present in Colombia since 1997. It is OHCHR's largest stand-alone field presence (103 staff), with headquarters in Bogota and currently 9 field offices across the country. In October 2019, the Government of Colombia and the High Commissioner signed a new agreement to extend the presence of the Office in Colombia until 31 October 2022. Since the signing of the 2016 Colombian peace agreement, OHCHR Colombia monitors and reports on the implementation of the human rights aspects of the peace agreement.Report Details
