System-Wide Evaluation of the Spotlight Initiative Evaluation Report + Annexes
Overview
In 2024 the United Nations System-Wide Evaluation Office completed the Evaluation of the Spotlight Initiative. The evaluation assessed the Spotlight Initiative's overall performance, including its contribution to United Nations Development System reform and informs the design of the next phase of the Spotlight Initiative. The evaluation presents findings under seven main areas of investigation including lessons learned. It sets out conclusions and provides eight recommendations related to the Spotlight Initiative and to United Nations development system reform objectives.
