Overview
This report synthesizes key findings and insights from a review of seven UNESCO corporate and twenty-two decentralized evaluations completed mostly in 2020 and early 2021. Drawing
on this evidence, the report discusses key crosscutting findings affecting UNESCO’s programming, describes contributions to various Expected Results in the Organization's 40 C/5 Programme, reflects on trends in UNESCO performance against OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, and assesses evaluation quality against United Nations Evaluation Group criteria.
