Overview
This evaluation assessed performance of the GEF portfolio in terms of outcomes, sustainability, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, cofinancing, quality of terminal evaluations, time lags in project cycle, and progress to replenishment targets. It also addressed progress to impact achieved by the completed projects at the point of their completion, including environmental stress reduction and/or environmental status change, and broader adoption.Report Details
