The Evaluation Office of UNESCO's Division for Internal Oversight Services (IOS) is looking for a consultant firm for the Evaluation of the International Convention against Doping in Sport, where UNESCO holds the Executive Secretariat.  

The evaluation will assess the current progress of the Convention and will consider a way forward for the Convention in its dimensions and position within the sport ecosystem as well as its capacity to adapt and respond to emerging challenges. 

The evaluation is planned for October 2024 – April 2025. Interested companies who wish to participate in the Open International Competition (OIC) must request for a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, to:
