Overview
The Least Developed Countries Fund/Special Climate Change Fund (LDCF/SCCF) Annual Evaluation Report (AER) 2021—prepared by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the Global Environment Facility (GEF)—analyzes outcome, sustainability, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) ratings. It also assesses innovative approaches, gender considerations, lessons learned, and impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on project sustainability. This Annual Evaluation Report covers 18 completed projects, having a combined value of $98.2 million in LDCF/SCCF funding, and $315.8 in materialized cofinancing.Report Details
