Overview
This evaluation aims to determine how well the UNECE project E331 "Modernising Statistical Production Phase 3", undertaken under the auspices of the High-Level Group for the Modernisation of Official Statistics (HLG-MOS) established by the Conference of European Statisticians (CES) met its goals. The evaluation examines the project's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and its impact on human rights, gender equality, disability inclusion, climate change, and disaster risk reduction. Additionally, it reviews how the project adapted to the COVID-19 crisis.
