Overview
The project ‘Climate change impacts on coastal transport infrastructure in the Caribbean: enhancing the adaptive capacity of Small Island Developing States’ was financed under the Development Account (DA) 9th Tranche with 595,000 USD. It was implemented under the coordination of the Policy and Legislation Section (PLS) of UNCTAD’s Division on Technology and Logistics (DTL) between June 2014 and December 2017 in Jamaica, Saint Lucia and other Small Islands Development States (SIDS) in the Caribbean.The evaluation was carried out by an external evaluator during the period December 2017 - July 2018 in line with the norms, standards and ethical principles of the United Nations Evaluation Group as well as UNCTAD’s Evaluation Policy. It was retrospective and summative in nature and the information was triangulated at different levels.
