This Peer Review is of the Inspection and Evaluation Division (IED) of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) of the UN Secretariat. It was undertaken at the request of the USG of OIOS and organized along the dimensions of independence, credibility and utility as reflected in UNEG's standards and norms for such Peer Reviews.
