Formative Mid-term evaluation of Early of the first phases of the Strengthening Maternal, Neonatal and Young Children Health (MNCH) in Gaza . The evaluation will generate substantive evidence by identifying good practices and lessons learned to improve programming and to inform strategic policy and planning. The findings and recommendations will support the UNICEF and government in implementation of the second phase programming.
