Overview
This meta-analysis report built on the results of a then, recently published evidence gap map (EGM) and intervention heat map (IHM) that examined the evidence regarding the effectiveness of climate change adaptation interventions and linked financial flows in low- and middle-income countries. This study assessed the role that access to credit played in determining the uptake of adaptation measures in the agricultural sector. It included a systematic analysis of the evidence by looking at the distribution of correlational studies according to the sign and significance of their results, and a meta-regression analysis to examine whether possible study design elements could have influenced the observed results.
