This evaluability assessment aims to provide UNICEF with valuable evidence that can help enhance the programme's performance and evaluability. The key focus will be determining the most suitable evaluation design, scope, approach, and methodology. To achieve the intended purpose, the assessment will take several steps, one of which involves collecting reliable and trustworthy evidence to enhance the programme's performance management and showcase its potential to positively impact the lives of children with disabilities in The Gambia. The assessment will be conducted by asking questions grouped into three categories: programme design, data availability and quality, and management and accountability. Each class has specific objectives and questions that have been defined. Please refer to Table 1 for a detailed list of these objectives and questions.
