Evaluability assessment of Vietnam CPD 2022-2026 (EA)
Overview
In early 2022, UNICEF’s Executive Board approved the Country Programme Document 2022-2026 (CPD) for Viet Nam CO (VCO). UNICEF evaluation policy recommends conducting an Evaluability Assessment (EA) of the CPD to determine if the results for children to be achieved at the end of the Country Programme are logical from the design perspective, measurable, and evaluable.
