Overview

La evaluación intermedia del proyecto IEAS fue guiada por ocho (8) preguntas
definidas por
UNICEF. Es decir:
1) ¿En que medida es efectivo y pertinente el modelo de la IEAS para mejorar la
calidad
educativa en las escuelas donde se implementa?
2) De manera diferenciada—desde una perspectiva de género—¿Qué efectos ha
tenido la
iniciativa en la niñez (logros de aprendizaje, habilidades para la vida,
aptitudes positivas
hacia la salud, higiene, presencia de comportamientos de riesgo)?
3) ¿En que medida se ha incrementado el acceso, asistencia y permanencia en las
escuelas,
comparado con escuelas similares?
4) ¿Cuál ha sido la eficacia de las estrategias de participación, incidencia en
políticas
educativas, fortalecimiento institucional y enfoque de demanda?
5) ¿Cuál ha sido la coordinación intersectorial y el grado de apropiación del
MECD y otras
entidades involucradas al nivel, nacional, departamental y municipal?
6) ¿Han sido los efectos de la IEAS logrados a un costo aceptable al compararlo
con otros
modelos similares?
7) ¿Qué coordinaciones se han desarrollado para que los resultados tengan
efecto duradero?
8) ¿Cuál es el valor agregado de la cooperación técnica y financiera de UNICEF
en el
proceso de implementación de la IEAS en apoyo a las instituciones nacionales?
