Overview
This evaluation aims to assess the National Girls’ Empowerment Initiative – Dawwie against the OECD-DAC criteria of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, with the addition of the gender dimension. It will inform how UNICEF can maximize its support to the government as it implements the current CPD 2023-2027.
