Formative evaluation of the UNICEF Love and Care for Every Child project – Laos PDR
Overview
The key findings and recommendations from the evaluation will inform adjustments and scale-up of the programme. The findings and recommendations will provide strategic direction to UNICEF, the Lao Women’s Union (LWU), the Ministry of Health (MoH), the Ministry of Education (MoES), and the Lao Front for National Development (LFND) for their ongoing approach to parenting support for the early years.
