Multi Country Evaluation for Home Visiting: Kosovo Case Study
Overview
The purpose of the evaluation is to provide a summary account of UNICEF’s results to date in promoting Universal Progressive Home Visiting in Kosovo. The findings of the evaluation will provide an important learning base, both for UNICEF and its partners, deriving lessons from the experience and existing evidence that can inform the scale up of good practices accross different countries and inform UNICEF programming at all levels.
