1. Assess the achievement of results against objectives.
According to the project document, the management objectives included
incorporation of management principles in facilities based on improved
teamwork, motivation and accountability. The principle for doing this was
expected to be based on the Ken Wilbur Model for organizing individual and
collective values and the use of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). The evaluation will
specifically address whether the project management objectives & activities
were achieved.
2. Efficiency: process of implementation
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the process of implementation and how
can it be improved?
What are the costs of implementation- financial and human resources. Although
it is not possible to look at cost effectiveness in this study, the study
should capture the total financial and HR costs and highlight any areas where
effectiveness could be improved?
3. Potential for sustainability/ institutionalization and scaling up
How can the changes brought about by AI be sustained and institutionalized?
Recommendations on the inclusion of AI in scaling up the Women’s Health Project
to other DACAW districts. Provide input into whether to use AI in other sectors
in DACAW.
