Overview
UNECE Subprogramme 5 contributes to the objective to ensure access to affordable and clean energy for all and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and the carbon footprint of the energy sector in the region. Among its agenda of work, the subprogramme provides support to member States, partners and stakeholders on the development of the United Nations Framework Classification for Resources (UNFC) and the United Nations Resource Management System (UNRMS).
