The evaluability assessment for UNICEF Liberia is to provide programme staff and partners with evidence on the extent to which results can be demonstrated in the near, medium, and long term based on programme documentation and the monitoring systems being established. An evaluability assessment will provide assurance to stakeholders that the programme is robust, that results are adequately defined, that causal linkages are clarified, that its indicators are validated and measurable, and that systems are in place to measure and verify results
