Evaluation of UNICEF Lebanon Education Programme (2016-2021)
Overview
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the results (outputs, outcomes, and impacts) achieved by UNICEF’s Education Programme between 2016 and 2021. The evaluation has a strong learning orientation. Specifically, the evaluation will
reconstruct the ToC and recommend enhancements of programme focus and ToC
examine the relevance, efficiency and agility of UNICEF support to the education sector in view of the context
examine the contribution of the programme outputs towards expected results
identify good practices and gaps in interventions
recommend improvements or strategic shifts.
