The primary purpose of the formative evaluation is to measure if and to what extent the key interventions are contributing to achieving planned outcome results and what changes could be done to maximize the outcomes and effectiveness of the Youth and Learning Innovations portfolio. The evaluation will assist UNICEF Malawi Country Office and its partners and stakeholders in strategic learning and decision-making on the Youth and Learning Innovation portfolio, focusing on ADDA by informing the programme for early course corrections and programme improvement in the next country programme cycle.
