Inter-Agency Humanitarian Evaluation of the response to the crisis in Afghanistan
Overview
This evaluation concerns the collective humanitarian response to the crisis in Afghanistan since August 2021. Specifically, it assesses the value of the coordinated response by members of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (UN and non-governmental agencies and consortia) and their in-country partners to one of the world’s largest humanitarian crises. The evaluation assesses the adequacy, relevance, and effectiveness of that response against an analysis of the humanitarian crisis, its nature and causes, and the ways in which millions of Afghans have experienced it.Report Details
