Overview
The formative evaluation of the UNFPA engagement in the reform of the United Nations Development system (UNDS) aimed to learn from UNFPA's experience of the process and inform future UNFPA support for the reform. The evaluation assessed UNFPA's contributions to the design, development, and operationalization of the reform, the effects of the reform on UNFPA's strategic positioning, ability to deliver, and organizational structure, and the extent to which UNFPA has been able to leverage the reform to achieve its transformative results. This is the first-of-its-kind exercise in the United Nations system.Report Details
