The formative evaluation of the organizational resilience of UNFPA in light of its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The evaluation assessed UNFPA's performance in responding to COVID-19, its ability to work across the humanitarian-development-peace nexus, and its organizational capacity to anticipate, prepare for, respond, and adapt to global crises. The evaluation covered all countries, regions, and globally, all UNFPA strategies and programs implemented within the COVID-19 context, and the period from March 2020 to 2023.Report Details
