Overview
This is the first consolidated Annual Evaluation Report (AER) of the Least Developed Countries Fund / Special Climate Change Fund (LDCF/SCCF) prepared for and presented to the LDCF/SCCF Council by the GEF Independent Evaluation Office (IEO). It is intended to be the main report from the IEO and incorporates the formerly separate work program and budget document. This consolidated AER presents a summary of the LDCF/SCCF Special Study of Completed Projects conducted to assess all projects completed so far.Report Details
