UNICEF GAO would like to evaluate the pilot program in 64 schools with a view to assess pilots’ relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency, as well as coherence to document the evidence with regards to pilots’ results, their level, identify lessons learnt how could pilots’ work better and seek recommendations for their continuation. The formative evaluation would also look at related services, especially in the form of social workers and case management.
